DIRECT BOOKINGS

• 50% deposit secures booking
• Balance due on expected arrival date ( see “no show policy” further on)

AGENT & OPERATOR BOOKINGS

• Full reservation amount due 30 days before arrival
  

DIRECT BOOKINGS
Guests booking directly through our own website can qualify for a 10% discount.
BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED upon receipt of 50% deposit.
Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival – Waylands keeps 25% of reservation amount.
Early departure or “NO SHOW” on the day will be debited the full value of the reservation

AGENT/OPERATOR BOOKINGS
Cancellation 7 days before arrival – Waylands Country House keeps 75% of the reservation amount.
Cancellation 8-30 days before arrival – Waylands Country House keeps 50% of the reservation amount.
In event of premature departure or a “no show” on the day the full cost of the stay as originally booked will be payable.
